Key Functions & Roles of the Candidate:
Recruitment of manpower
Deliver support to team members through coaching and act as a role model
Conduct weekly / monthly meeting to review performance, disseminate Company information address common problems and concerns and rally the team to achieve goals
Set weekly achievement targets for team members
Accompany executive on customer visits to support and improve sales skill
Achieve Team Targets
Brief about the job: It’s a purely corporate sales profile rolls out targets on monthly, quarterly and yearly basis. A candidate on this position has to tap corporate that exist in the location from where he works. He has to sell the regular programs to the employees of these corporate by doing events, presentations, seminars and information desk there. Also, the corporate team managers will supervise them for field work, individual Cold calling etc
Skills required: target oriented, proactive, cohesive team player, Good energy levels and people skills, excellent communication and presentation skills, ready to work under pressure for long hours. Overall sales Flair and Zest for Success
Experience: Minimum experience of 5-6years and 2 years of team handling experience.
Pay Package: CTC upto Rs.35000 + DA p.m. + incentives
