• Good experience in marketing Bench Consultants • Marketing OPT, H1B, GC, and Citizen/Bench Consultants. • Work with existing vendors as well as generate new vendor contacts to be able to position your bench consultants. • Identify, assess, prioritize, qualify and close new business opportunities. • Connect with your bench consultants to understand their skills and job expectations and accordingly market them to prospective job openings. • Deep knowledge of the entire sales process, gathering requirements for consultants from Tier-1 Vendors of clients, and other networking techniques. • Excellent command on benefits and salary negotiation skills • Willing to work as per US timings (EST)/Night Shift • Knowledge in US Tax Terms (1099/W2/Corp-Corp).
