JOB DUTIES/ RESPONSIBILITIES:
· Prepare business presentations, proposals and showcase company’s capabilities to prospective clients and their HR teams
· Shall be responsible for acquiring new clients for Domestic IT contractual Staffing Business Unit.
· Shall be responsible for lead generation and presentations to clients.
· Coordination with Pre-Sales for preparing proposal documents and insuring submissions.
· Shall be responsible for coordination with Delivery.
· Shall be responsible for payment collection support.
· MIS (Monthly / weekly / Daily as required) to management
· Client Management and satisfaction
· Guide the recruitment team in terms of best places to poach candidates, head hunting strategies, profile explanation, etc. Coordinate with client for timely feedback including making repeated visits to client as and when required
· Responsible to manage client escalation, team management and business transactions.

Should have proven track record in domestic IT contractual staffing industry.
Should have Handled revenue targets
Excellent project management capability
Have prepared the Business Plan for the year
Able to generate New Business Opportunities.
Strategic market research for new clientele

· Energetic, Proactive, Good personality, Good communication skills.
· Excellent Client Relationship Management
· Strategic Planner and evaluator
