KEY
PURPOSE

Ø To recruit & develop a team of Relationship Managers so as to
deliver Sales & Distribution Key Performance Indicators and volume targets.

KEY
RESPONSIBILITIES

Ø Achieve and
exceed business targets on a consistent basis,
ensure compliance & correctness of proposal forms.

Ø Ensure specified quantity of prospect list generation.

Ø Fact finding and driving the presence, reach & penetration of ARLI
products into specified target segments.

Ø Ensure daily adherence to Sales Management System / Customer
Relationship Management system.

Ø Ensure adherence to Sales Processes and systems.

Ø Ensure Training and Development of the team.

PROFILE

Graduate/ Post Graduate with 4+ years
of experience in Banking & financial services.
