- Counseling:
- Focus on generating the business on monthly basis through assigned leads and other BTL activities.
- Driving the registration for the programs specified by the centre.
- Counsels on Finance Certificate Programmes on Capital Markets, Wealth Management, Financial Planning, Chartered Financial Analyst, Financial Markets to students, colleges, Corporate Houses.
- Maintains Relationships with Graduation & post graduation colleges and Corporate Houses and assists in organizing seminars at these places.
- Centre Operations
- Owns lead generation, enquiry, counseling, follow-up, sales closing, admission, training and after sales services processes.
- Responsible for batch management and scheduling of programmes
- Co-ordinates and maintain a good rapport with the Faculty for batch management
- Handles Logistics of the Centre
- Adheres to the service standards, analyzing service gaps and taking corrective measures
- Ensures smooth & error free execution of assigned classroom programmes
- Lead Management
- Responsible to lead from the front and ensure that calls are handled and sales is closed by the team
