This individual will identify new prospects and convert them into TBI clients. This role is expected to positively impact the profitability of the company on a continual basis.
Quarterly and annual sales goals will be established based on the candidate’s experience and our requirements.
Responsibilities:
• Identify prospects well suited for TBI’s expertise and services.
• Connect with decision makers to ensure a robust pipeline of business
opportunities.
• Coordinate with the executive team to develop proposals and pitches
that speak to the client’s needs, concerns and objectives.
• Regularly close new business.
• Communicate client expectations to the account team.
• Liaise with executive team on the implementation of business
development strategies.
• Develop, review and report on the business development strategy,
ensuring objectives are clearly defined and well executed.
