Roles and responsibilities
Develop effective working relationships with international clients through regular effective communication and identify new business development opportunities.
Apply company wide project management standards in preparing bids and contracts, responding to customer/clients needs and managing sales process from opportunity identification to customer sign off.
Manage accounts and meet or exceed targets relating to revenue growth, companies profit margin, products and services maximum sales, Client retention, referrals and customer acquisition.
Reset right client expectation and adhere to all quality standards and processes, for the acquisition of customers, opportunities and submission of contract/ agreement documents.
Work closely with teams of Web Design and Development and Mobile Applications and create proposals, scope of work, contracts and help in retaining clients for maintenance projects.
Eligibility
Must have excellent presentation skills, ability to make sensible presentations, which trigger more sales and business.
Should be proficient in working with computer, software skills such as working with Microsoft Office, working with CRM software is a must for this job.
Experience in Sales and Marketing and handling international clients for atleast 2+ years will be required for Web Design and Development and Mobile Applications.
Technically has to be sound so can do analysis of Development projects and prepare Scope of Work and Time Estimates without the help of development team.
