Good knowledge of MS Office is must with good communication skill.
Should be Computer Literate and well versed with internet & good at MIS.
Administrative responsibility for functional departments of Procurement, HR, IT and Logistics.
Planning for material requirement for input stationery, packing material and all other inputs
Designing and preparation of trade contracts: Purchase/ sales agreements
Understanding of trade documents as well as Import export related documentation
Trade reconciliation for domestic/ international trades of company business.
Assist new joiners regarding process and company knowledge.
Should be flexible with extended working hrs. under work pressure
Sharing the researches/trends related to the work and suggesting new improvement/changes in order to get ease in process related work within less time.
> Maintaining Attendance record & Payroll.
> Coordinating Tele-calling & Back Office staff
> Preparing quotation/correspondence for the clients.
> Coordinating Accounts Staff.
> Coordinate Order Dispatch.
