Position: Back end Executive
Location: Jalandhar
Experience: Minimum Graduation 1-6 years, Must be willing to work on UK Timings. Must have excellent English writing and speaking skills.
Job Profile:
1. Managing day to day business operations of UK office.
2. Taking care of communication with all the involved parties and making sure that every query/order/communication is attended to/executed in 6 working hours.
3. Responsible for quick turnaround of customers orders.
4. Responsible for checking, approving and emailing sales invoices as per approved discount structure, prices and payment terms.
5. Taking swift and effective action on customers grievances.
6. Responsible for Updating Status Charts and Tracking details of the orders dispatched every day.
7. Generating and analyzing MIS reports from time to time as desired by management.
8. Responsible for preparing Credit / Debit notes for any discrepancies in Customer orders and emailing the same.
9. Follow-up with the production team for all orders pending in Hand.
