Job Title / Designation: Back End Developer.

Job Description:

· Integration of user-facing elements developed by a front-end developer with server side logic.

· Back-end architecture and database design.

· Building reusable code and libraries for future use.

· Optimization of the application for maximum speed and scalability.

· Implementation of security and data protection.

· Requirement estimation and collaboration with product team.

Key Functions & Roles of the Candidate:

· Management of hosting environment, including database administration and scaling an application to support load changes.

· Data migration, transformation, and scripting.

· Setup and administration of backups.

· Creating database schemas that represent and support business processes.

· Required exposure to agile software development in startups.

Specific Skill set:

· Proficient knowledge of PHP.

· Work experience with a relational database, preferably MySQL.

· Proficient understanding of code versioning on Git.

· Knowledge of the MVC architecture.
