Atlassian Admin for Noida

o Administer JIRA (Core and Software), Confluence, Bitbucket, HipChat, Slack, Bamboo, FisheyeCrucible, Crowd and formulate technical solutions using JIRA and associated JIRA plugins/Atlassian Products at the enterprise level
o Create JIRA projects, queries and reports as needed
o Create custom workflows, post functions, validators
o Make changes to workflows, screens, fields and reporting
o Oversee architecture of the entire system and provide recommendations and improvements
o Migrate existing systems to new central system
o Provide first level support of any issues encountered on the system
o Define and maintain SLAs and processes for the system including server uptime and consistency
o Set development guidelines for the system for any custom integrations or plugins. Work with development teams to adhere to the guidelines.
o Define the roadmap of enhancements for the system and socialize the roadmap with other teams
o Manage the development for key system-wide customizations
o Manage changes for custom configuration of JIRA and Confluence changes (spaces, workflows, permission schemes, custom scripts etc...)
o Work with other teams on technical change roadmap, including system upgrades and plugin updates/installs Perform business process analysis to determine how changes can be implemented in JIRA, including workflow, standardization and Agile delivery methodologies.
o Implement change management process for managing JIRA configurations across 10+ instances Provide consultation, guidance and recommendations for how the business process could change to maximize development tools implementation.
o Work with product teams to understand their processes and configure tools to suit their processes. Subject matter expert (SME) on Atlassian ALM product suits including JIRA, JIRA (Agile), JIRA Service Desk, and Confluence Install, configure and administer JIRA, Confluence and Crowd Troubleshoot problems with existing implementations and make changes to Java JVM parameters, database configuration, etc.
o Create, maintain and customize complex JIRA project configurations including workflows, custom fields, permissions and notifications Design and implement permissions in the relevant systems to ensure that users only have access to the correct data Work with teams to structure their Confluence spaces in a manner that are organized according to their business structure and permissions requirements.
o Integrate Atlassian tools each other and other external services and tools Write and review run books for technical changes Participate in review of impact of application and infrastructure changes Provide guidance to Functional and Technical support teams
