Position - Assistant Project Coordinator (TIC Projects) 1)Perform All delegated project operational and managerial tasks delegated by Reporting manager/Project Coordinator, to deliver timely results and project goals set by the Organization. 2) People Management: Manage, organize, monitor and supervise group of surveyors to achieve daily survey targets. Ensure time bound survey results with while ensuring achievement of quality parameters. 3) Responsible for division level project activities, ownership of organizational assets and project artifacts.Time bound completion of billing deliverables and all supporting activities for payment process completion. 4) Training of surveyors: Technical and operational procedures. 5) Training to customer: Web based application and project tools for clients. 6) Client review meetings and presentations to be successfully executed as per standards set by the organization. 7) Regular client meetings and client relationship building. 8) Reporting the work progress report to higher authority regularly, through organizational reporting systems. 9) Project data collection and systems updation. 10) Deliver associated tasks delegated by PM and PCs. 11) Ownership of survey approval and rejection.Regional travel involved within karnataka, should be open to remote location team management.
Requirements
Experience: Minimum 1 and maximum 2 years experience in a market/client facing capacity is desired. Requirements : Electrical engineering products/solution domain or partially technology oriented experience is desirable.Should have managed minimum 3 team size, in a result oriented work environment(Male candidates only). Educational Qualification: Any Graduate, ITI, Diploma (Science graduation is preferable).
