Responsible for sales & collection activitries with dealer, dealer appointments, market expansion, branding, market price survey, market strategry & planning, competitor activities, monitoring sales officers activities, godown stock maintenance, price information .
- Closely monitor the Sales activities of Field Officers under his control and guide them properly for achieving Sales Targets.
Ensure timely collection and comply with all the conditions
- Monitor Collection of Sale Proceeds from all Dealers/Parties and ensure that Sundry Debtors are collected in time as per credit period.
Need day to day monitoring
- Expand dealer network in all un-represented areas with prior approval Expansion with assigned sales targets
- Godown inspection should be done by Branch Incharge every month end and physical stock verification report should be submitted as per the format fixed. Tally the physical stocks with book stocks
- Closely monitor competitors activities and prices and report to Head Office on daily basis. Ensure that Weekly Market Prices Report reaches Head Office, Hyderabad every Monday Ensure Daily and weekly reporting
Act as a Team Leader and motivate the Field Officers and dealers to achieve organizational goals Time to time motivation for team members
Plan & Organise Mason Meets, Engineers Meet, Customer Meet in your area with prior Approval of Head Office, Hyderabad Ensure successful implementation
Attend Monthly Review Meeting without fail, with all details/information Maintain the upto date data and report
Liaison with Manager Technical Services and customer care at Head Office and strive to promote our brand in your area and extend support to dealers and customers Coordination with Technical team
Attend to quality complaints, if any, in consultation with Manager (Technical Services & Customer Care) at Head Office, Hyderabad Ensure the 0 complaints
Collect information on competitor activities, P.O.P. Material, Literature etc., and send to Head Office, Hyderabad from time to time Ensure continuous material collection from market
Collect information on competitors prices, discount structure and other schemes from time to time and forward to Head Office Update to date information about market
