Job Description Designation : Assistant Manager Sales Level : Assistant Manager Process (Department) Operations Reporting To : General Manager Location : Chapra – Bihar Key Responsibilities: Lead a team of Sales Executives in Chapra to achieve the business objectives of channel development, business compliance and revenue target achievement Channel Development o Build a channel network to act as point of sales (PoS) for TARAbazaar o Engage with local youth, NGOs, Skill Development companies, VLEs, Employment Exchange, and any other source in the district to build a pipeline of candidates for TARA Saathis who would act as PoS for TARAbazaar o Create an interest among youth to take up self-employment as TARA Saathis by educating them on TARAbazaar business concept and future prospects o Enroll target number of TARA Saathis every month to ensure expansion of PoS of TARAbazaar as per the annual plan o Conduct orientation training of TARA Saathis and supervise their on-boarding Revenue o Take ownership of achieving the monthly revenue target of TARAbazaar business o Monitor the sales performance of every TARA Saathi and plan and implement sales promotion activities o Understand the challenges faced by TARA Saathis in achieving the sales targets and find ways to overcome them o Work with the logistics team of TARAbazaar to ensure timely delivery of the products to TARA Saathis Compliance o Work closely with TARAbazaar Head Office team to ensure proper compliance of documentations such as – Purchase Order, Goods Received Note, Invoice, and Cash Receipt, etc. Mentor TARAbazaar Sales Executives to ensure maximum productivity while keeping the costs under control Any other responsibility assigned by the Management from time to time Skills Required: Proven track record of rural sales Ability to lead a team Target oriented Good at networking and articulate in expressing thoughts and ideas Willingness to travel up to 15 days in a month Good at documentation and reporting Ethical and punctual Qualification: Graduate in any subject 3-5 years of rural sales experience Experience of building channel partners Experience of leading a sales team If you are looking for a challenging assignment and the above profile sounds like you, please send your resume Timing - 11.00 A.M. to 4 P.M Interview Location - Somya info egde services Pvt ltd ,Laxmi Complex, Ground Floor, Shop no 15, , Boring Road, Land mark: chunnilal Mega Mart Patna-800001 Contact Person: Richa Singh Contact no: 7274973770 / 8051722223
