Job Purpose :Responsible for Sales, Business Development, acquiring new customers, lead generation ; Maintaining relations with clients.
Job Duties :
1. Identify target market, generate new leads and approach potential customers within India and overseas.
2. Making Cold Calls, emails, visits, presentations to seek new business project enquiries.
3. Prepare and send quotations to prospective customers; Follow up over emails and phone.
4. Prepare database of existing, new and prospective customers from various target sectors.
5. Maintain good relations with clients by providing pre-sales support.
6. Fulfill and try to exceed the Sales targets.
Requirements/Qualifications :Meeting sales goals, Presentation and Communication Skills, Self motivated, Pro-activeness, Enthusiasm, Working independently with minimal supervision, Fluency in English, Self-Confidence.
Other Requirements :
1. Previous experience in Project/Consultancy Sales or B2B Sales is required.
2. Candidate must have previous experience of Cold Calling.
3. Candidate must possess his own Two-Wheeler for visiting clients, fuel reimbursement for the same shall be provided.
Salary Details:
Annual CTC Package: Rs. 5,60,000/- per annum
- Monthly Salary: Rs. 30,000/-
- Performance Bonus on Rs. 40L worth of Manufacturing Orders: Rs. 1,00,000/-
- Performance Bonus on Rs. 8L worth of Consultancy Orders: Rs. 1,00,000/-
- Performance Bonus on Manufacturing Orders after fulfilment of Sales Targets:2% of Order value
- Performance Bonus on Consultancy Orders after fulfilment of Sales Targets:5% of Order value
