Requirements- 1.Graduate /Post graduate ,preferably in hotel management . 2.Good communication skills. 3.Computer knowledge (specially MS Word, MS Excel & Outlook) with good mailing and writing skills. 4.Minimum 3 to 5 years experience with a reputed Facility and Hospitality Management Co or Hotel industry 5.Dynamic leadership qualities with Team management skills. 6.Tie up with staff recruiting agenesis for regular inflow of Transit house staff. This job is more in operation Experience – 5 to 10 Years . Age --Not more than 35 yrs. Job Description- - Thorough Facility management knowledge with ref to housekeeping and maintenance. - Good hospitality and guest handling skills to avoid negative guest reviews. - Able to conduct regular staff training programs at sites as per hotel standards. - Basic food and beverage and table service knowledge. - Managing the present Transit Houses and assisting in new start up guest house projects - AMC vendor, security and guest house service provider, handling . - Monthly Grocery and HK indent handling - smooth staff handling and regular motivation to avoid staff attrition . - Regular recruitment of staff after proper ref check. - Monitoring day to day guest house operations - Coordinating with booking team with ref to guest room bookings. - Major purchase and fixed assets handling related to guest houses. - improvising cost saving analysis at site to work within the budget - Screening of monthly bills as per guest occupancy and working on food cost. - Identifying credit vendors to avoid heavy cash transactions by staff. - Ensuring timely billing and monthly payments to vendors. - Preparation of MIS & presenting the same for audit review - Liaising with government depts for property and other taxes ,electricity and water bills ,etc. - preparing yearly TH budget & presenting the same to Management .
