1) Handling P & L Management, Service Delivery, Client Relationship and Internal Stakeholder Management
2) Heading the offshore Service delivery of End to End RCM model including but not limited to AR

Denials Management , AR Follow up, Claim Processing , AR Aging , EDI-
Clearing House Rejects, Billing , payment posting , charge entry etc.,
4) Implement programs to ensure attainment of business plan for growth and profit
5) Provide directions and structure for operating units
6) Implement improved processes and management methods to generate higher ROI and workflow optimization
7) Provide mentoring and guidance to subordinates and other employees
8) Responsible for managing multiple accounts with a strength of 400+ employees
9) Looking after end to end management of program covering multiple work streams with a total span
10) Facilitating process re-engineering and improvements to enhance customer engagement
11) Generating new prospects for the organization to showcase capabilities
12) Ensuring attrition control & job enrichment at process levels
Experience & Qualifications:
1)
Around 10+ years experience with at least 8 years experience of
handling a team of 100- 200 FTEs in operations role worked in the US
healthcare RCM domain
2) Worked with large services companies
