Excellent job opportunity for customer service associate should have minimum experience of 2 to 5 years in the field of Key Accountabilities:
· Keep records of the customer interactions and transactions, recording details of inquiries, complaints, and comments as well as actions taken.
· Listen and respond to customers’ needs and concerns
· Review and make changes to customers’ accounts
· Process orders, forms, and applications.
· Follow up to ensure that appropriate actions were taken on customers’ requests.
Refer unresolved customer grievances or special request to designated departments for further investigation.
Educational qualification: Graduate
Previous experience:2-5 years
Industry to be hired from Banks & Financial Institutions
