· To conduct Training for new Members covering System, Operational and Compliance aspects. · To fulfill all other training requirements request received from members or BD team by providing offsite or onsite guidance. · Internal and External Training on new systems or software introduced by the Exchange. · Conducting simulation training at educational/other institutions as per request of various departments. · Resolution of Queries & Complaints · Handling first level escalation calls · To collate suggestions & feedback received from the members and take up with HOD/relevant departments for implementation if feasible. · Conducting periodic training on new systems & processes for team members · Ensuring that all the documents and request are processed within stipulated timelines. · Ensuring compliance with the defined process. · Maintaining Records as per the company’s policy
