The key priorities for the Retail Bank are acquisition of new customers, ensuring we become the Primary Bank by meeting the financial needs of our customers, growing CASA & Retail Deposits and increasing cross-sell of all products offered by the Bank.
Principal Accountabilities of the Role:-
1. Increase the Customer Base of the Branch.
To prospect and meet the potential customer
Understand the Need of the customer and Explain the products and features
Maintain call and business register.
2. Increase the book size of the branch
To acquire good quality Current Accounts with a higher value
Focus on deepening of new relationships for the first month.
3. Manpower & Compliance
Complete the CIF, A/c opening application forms and obtain all relevant documents to facilitate KYC Norms
Ensure necessary verification about bona fides of customer.
Have the list of profile branches with complete details like address, phone number, and working hours.
Ensure complete documentation w.r.t to IBR, cheque details, name of the customer, handing over documents to Sales Manager, take PGK for delivery to customer and obtain acknowledgement
Training
Ensure all compliance related guidelines are adhered to.
4. Control Cost of acquisition
Maintain Cost of acquisition low by acquiring bigger value accounts

Criteria :
Educational Qualification
Graduation or Post Graduation .
Relevant Experience
At least 1 years of sales either in Banking or any sector
Personal Characteristic & Behaviors.
Should be aggressive but compliance oriented
Age: below -35Yrs
