Job Description:
To meet marketing and sales financial objectives by forecasting requirements; preparing an annual budget; scheduling expenditures; analyzing variances; initiating corrective actions.
To develop and implement standard operating procedures and policies. He will be responsible for forecasting sales, maintaining vehicle inventory and completing sales reports and other paperwork.
To develop and implement effective marketing, promotional and national advertisements. Marketing Leasing strategies of Car rental to corporate clients and individuals.
To conduct preliminary negotiations and consultation with different clients.
To arrange meetings with clients to the prospect for new business, learning the requirements and processing them appropriately to convert them into business.
To attend incoming business enquiries, gaining a clear understanding of customers businesses and requirements; making accurate cost calculations and providing customers with quotations etc.
To negotiate price, specifications and terms and conditions of an agreement with customers and finalizing the deals.
To record sales and order information and prepare monthly MIS reports on Sales & lost Sales.
