Qualification:
Graduate (Preferably Statistics graduate)
Lean Six Sigma Green Belt / Black Belt Training / certification from reputed institute would be an added advantage
Experience in RCM (Physician) is a must
Excellent working knowledge of MS-Office and Quality Control tools.
Job Description:
Performing ongoing QC to ensure the client Quality SLA is met
Process level audits are to be performed to meet the client requirement
Setting up QA process for the upcoming clients
Interacting with the client to understand and capture all requirements of the process
Assisting Operations team to identify the potential areas of improvement and actively participate in improvement initiatives
Maintenance of the Standard Operating procedures for all the processes
Train / Mentor the team on the quality concepts and identify the improvement areas.
Very strong in Communication Skills
Responsible to prepare the weekly and monthly Quality Dashboards and act accordingly to fulfill the quality control requirements
Responsible for conducting Quality feedback sessions and update the team on the findings
Responsible to conduct Refresher trainings to the team
Preparing the MOM and circulating it with all the stake holders.
Will be responsible for the activities of the QMS
Should have sound knowledge on the QA documents and documentations.
