Mystery shopping is a tool used to measure quality of retail service or gather specific information about products and services. A mystery shopper visits a store anonymously to evaluate the quality of service. After the visit, the mystery shopper submits a report based on his/her observations. These observations are shared with the client to make improvements.

Job Title / Designation: Assistant Manager – Client Servicing
KeyFunctions & Roles of the Candidate:
§ Manage project costs, budgets and client expectations
§ Anticipate and make recommendations for client needs
§ Be exceptionally responsive to all client requests
§ Understanding the client’s needs and the internal resources available to you throughout the production cycle by clearly and proactively managing communications between our staff and clients
§ Coordinate projects by communicating effectively with client & production team to follow all steps to ensure project stays on track
§ Work with Operations team to bring ideas into the mix, offer suggestions, research, ability to share & constantly learn new technology.
§ Provide EXCELLENT customer service with a positive attitude to every client, on every occasion with timely updates and status.
§ Receive, coordinate & assign existing customer requests through Operation team
§ Preparing estimates & managing budgets and timelines
§ Quality assurance including proof reading and ensuring that all work presented to our clients meets their specifications and brand mandates
§ Attending all staff briefings and project status check-ins each morning
Specific Skill Set:
§ Must have excellent problem solving, organizational, written & verbal communication.
§ Must have strong follow-up skills.
§ Strong statistical and analytical skills, able to perform in-depth analysis, compile and interpret results
§ Must be well versed in Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel.
§ Must have excellent phone skills & etiquette.
§ Must be willing to learn new things.
§ Must be presentable, well organized and confident with a go-getter attitude.
Minimum/Maximum/ Work Experience Required:3 to 6 years.
Annual CTC:3.5 LPA to 5.5 LPA.
Location(s) of Job:BTM Layout, Bangalore.
Minimum Education Requirements: Graduation (MBA is preferable).
No of rounds of Interviews:4 (Telephonic, HR and final round with Business Head).
Work Timings: Monday to Friday (10 am – 6:30 pm).
Travel & Allowance:N/A.
Languages:
§ Excellent Oral & Written communication skill in English.
§ Should be able to speak in Hindi.

Any other skill set: Flexible working in weekends mainly Saturday.
