Job Description:
1. Experience in Erection, Fabrication, Operation/Maintenance and Commissioning of all Piping & Utilities.
2.
Hands on experience of Solid Fired Boiler, Oil/Gas Fired Boiler,
Compressors, Dryers, Cooling Towers, Centrifugal Pumps, WTP, ETP/STP,
Condensate Recovery System, Vacuum System, VAM/Screw Chiller, Booster
pump, RO plant
3. Hands on experience of stabilizing plant Utilities equipment for operation of plants.
4. Experience in maintenance of plant Utilities.
5. Thorough understanding of P&ID, piping layouts and machine manual
6. Detail knowledge of Fire Fighting System.
7. Dealing with different contractors and timely completion of project.
8. Directing site execution activities involving erection & commissioning of the Piping & Utilities Equipment.
9. Focusing on Cost reduction & Conservation of Energies (Power & Fuel) by studying & developing various measures.
10. Monitoring of erection and commissioning of Utility Equipment as per defined standards.
