ROLE : To drive Business through Direct Sales Team
. Handling team of 8-10 Executives
· Managing Sales of Demat (Equity Broking) A/Cs
· Leading the Team towards achieving targets
· Client Interaction and retention
· Sourcing HNI, PCG and Corporate clients for Equity Sales.
· Achieve allocated business targets
· Motivate and Train on board Relationship Executives
· Conduct review meetings & team briefing
· Generate new business through sales promotions,marketing calls,presentation & Branch contacts
· Participate actively in sales planning
Desired Candidate Profile :
• Good communication skill both English / Regional language
• Flare for sales
• Good understanding about broking Industry with 1-5 years of team handling experience in sales
• Minimum qualification of graduation
