Taking care of end to end L& D process and Employee engagement starting from Training Needs Assessment / GAP analysis
- Developing effective induction programmes, designing individual learning plans Delivery / facilitate / managing the respective training and development records
- Monitoring and reviewing the progress of trainees through questionnaires and discussions with managers; ensuring that statutory training requirements are met
- Evaluating T&D programmes, amending and revising programmes as necessary, in order to adapt to changes occurring in the work environment.
- Researching new technologies and methodologies in workplace learning and presenting this research
- Manage role based enrollments for all induction and training requirements, participant feedback, results, refresher training and scheduling, to make sure the system is always up to date and accurate
- Facilitating new and innovative employee engagement initiatives relevant to their respective job roles to get refresh and show more interest towards their job roles.
