Job Description:
Ensure competent quality execution of all regular purchasing duties & administrative works.
Maintain & update purchasing records/data and pricing in the system.
Working closely with Category buyers on product presentation and assisting them by analyzing reports & giving feedback.
Assisting Category buyers on various aspects of buying like marketing
Doing store visits and conduct competitor survey for the specified categories & reporting to the Category Buyer.
Coordinate with other departments like finance, marketing, warehousing, operations and suppliers in the purchasing scope of work.
Handling and monitoring of claims to vendors for defectives, shortage, expiry and clearance.
