Assistant Acquisition Manager

We are glad to inform you about the urgent job assignment at Kotak Mahindra Bank Ltd for below mentioned Job Role:

Designation: Assistant Acquisition Manager - Onroll

1) New customer acquisition for Current Account & Saving Account within the catchment area of the Branch.

2) Ensure quality sourcing of new customer and cross-sell different banking products like Loans, Life & General Insurance and Mutual funds.

3) Penetration of Fixed Deposit to existing & new customers

4) Generate leads of customer through field activity, direct customer meetings, references, internet mining, market mapping & cold calling etc.

5) Ensure quality customer service is delivered.

6) Meeting productivity norms and monthly target defined by the Bank.

7) Strictly adhere & maintain KYC norms compliance.

8) Follow the norms, regulation & practices of banks religiously.

CTC: 2.20 to 2.75 Lac per annum + Incentives.

Location: Delhi, Gurgaon, Noida & Ghaziabad.

Eligibility:

1. Any Graduate or Post Graduate.

2. Minimum Experience : 6 month ( those who are off roll ) or 1+ yrs ( those who are on roll )

3. Age: 21-28 years.

4. Must have experience in sales .( Direct/B2B/B2C )

5. Should be a target & result oriented personality.

6. Should be smart, confident and possess decent personality.

7. Ability to build and maintain strong relationship with new and existing customers.

8. Should be working in the same company or serving the notice period.
