Job Description
We are seeking a Dynamic Area Sales Manager to develop and invade markets, who can challenge their skills to make Pritam Brand available at every retail counter.
Responsibilities
Develop relations with Dealers / Retails.
Implementation of proper in shop branding activities
Keep complete analytical data of our Brand Positioning viz a viz competitors brand in market.
Ensuring proper product displays.
Need to take care of quick in hand replacement ready for non performing or exiting assets.
Increase presence
Finalisation of Distributors
Required Skills and Experience
Must have Minimum 10 Years of Experience in the same trade .i.e. Pressure Cookers / Cookware’s / LPG Stoves / Home Appliances.
Minimum Graduate
Should know basic computers and Internet, as Daily reporting is through ERP
Fluent in communication
Should be presentable
Should have sound knowledge of Markets of DELHI/UP/Haryana/Punjab
Working Culture: 6 Days a week, if need arises should be comfortable in working on Sundays and should be able to travel at least 20 days a month.
