Education & Desired Profile:
Educational Qualification: Graduate with an MBA.
Preferred age- 28 to 32 years
Work experience : At least 6 to 8 years
Hands on experience of handling retail outlets. Knowledge of retail operations.
High on man management skills, good attitude and mature person.
Knowledge of retail process management.
Exposure to retail marketing to boost retail sales through local marketing catchment activities.
Ability to roll out company plan as laid down.
Knowledge of general insurance/Supply chain management will be an added advantage.

Reporting to: National Head Sales and operations /COO
Necessary: Excellent communication, presentation and analytical skills.
Role Objectives:
Responsible for region top line sales: Direct responsibility of regional stores.
Responsible for preparation and execution of Regional business plan (Sales plan, Marketing plan, Business Development Plan).
Responsible for collection from insurance companies.
Implementing network strategies to expand the network through own stores and through franchisees.
Managing the physical infrastructure of fitment stores and assets therein.
Setting up new retail centers, shifting premises and renewals.
Responsible for Administration, Staff management, recruitment, induction and training of the centre/store staff of the region.
Inventory - Carry out perpetual stock checks, to ensure that stock in the center is maintained all the time at its minimum stock level, Random check of damaged stock/ breakage update.
Responsible for MIS Reports.
Responsible for implementation of work processes like:
Order to cash.
Procure to pay.
Daily work management.
Standardization and practice of 3S.
Leasing out space for center setup.
Developing and managing tie-ups with key customers-Insurance companies & fleet owners.
Identification and appointment of franchisee partners.
