Area Manager

Position Summary:
Area Managers/Zonal Managers are responsible for the daily operations of the store including customer service, employee development, store cleanliness and food quality.
Requirements
experience preferably in Food service.
Enthusiasm and willingness to learn.
Ability to motivate and build teamwork.
Strong communications skills.
Customer Service Orientation.
Core Responsibilities
Control day-to-day operations by scheduling labour, ordering food supplies and developing the restaurant team.
Control Profit & loss by following cash control/security procedures, maintaining inventory, managing labour, reviewing financial reports and taking appropriate action.
Recruit, interview and hire team members; conduct performance appraisals, motivate and train.
Ensure maintenance of equipment, facility and surrounding area.
Ensure food quality and 100% customer satisfaction.
