- Responsible and Accountable for consistent achievement of sales, collection and gross profit targetsof the assigned region.
- Build and manage high performing team through right selection, coaching and guidance of individual team member. Act as a coach for team members. Set right KPIs, finalise development plan for every member, keep them motivated and focused through feedback and guidance to reach the goals consistently
- While focusing on consistent result delivery, always look for new opportunities for business expansion and future growth
- Drive and ensure (as per business guidelines) timely update on CRM all related information from the team and individually
- Ensure seamless implementation of organizational objectives related to price change, portfolio sales, dealer appointment and maintenance frame work
- Keep focus on the distribution effectiveness as per organizational frame work. Provide feedback on performance and customer services time to time. Keep them engaged and focused on the assigned customers.
- Responsible for tracking customer information, forecasts and reports
- Collaborate with Marketing team for implementation of marketing actions in region to build brand awareness, develop new customers and sales growth of key products
- Develop and maintain prospect and customer list based on strategic marketing data
- Possibly dealing with some major customer accounts yourself
- Collecting customer feedback and market research
- Keeping up to date information on products and competitors
