Job Responsibilities: • Creating blueprints, construction drawings, renderings and/or 3 d visualizations to outlined specifications • Researching, developing and implementing architectural solutions relevant to each brand’s identity and strategic direction. Evaluates current brand standards to identify and recommend opportunities for product improvement and/or value engineering • Developing an overall development plan for interior design of various restaurant concepts • Working closely with various purveyors to ensure that all services/materials provided are up to TNI specifications • Effectively working with and possibly overseeing the work of other draftsmen and/or 3 d visual designers.
