Job Purpose: As an Arabic Secretary (Female) you will be performing administrative tasks at the school and will also be working closely with the HR department by providing the required support.
Main Accountabilities as Arabic Secretary:
• Prepares and translate a wide range of management reports, presentation, legal documents/contracts, manuals and correspondence in English/Arabic/English.
• Produces information by transcribing, formatting, inputting, editing, retrieving, copying, and transmitting text, data, and graphics.
• Handles a wide range of highly profiled and confidential information requiring a dedicated level of confidentiality at all times.
• Perform administrative duties including Hotel reservation, Travel arrangements, filing, handling calls, emails and fax, etc
• Organizes work by reading and routing correspondence; collecting information; initiating telecommunications.
Responsibilities as HR Support:
• Handling employee issues and directing them to the Sr. HR Officer
• Welcomes new employees to the organization by conducting orientation
• Provides payroll information by collecting time and attendance records.
• Perform administrative duties including filing employee documents, handling calls & letters, emails and fax, etc.
• Handles a wide range of highly profiled and confidential information requiring a dedicated level of confidentiality at all times.
Job specification:
• Must have an experience with MOL/MOSA/KHDA/DM/RTA.
• You should be a native Arabic speaker who has extensive experience in doing translation from Arabic to English and vice versa.
• Minimum 2-3 years’ experience in similar role.
• Experience in the related industry will be definite advantage.
• Good typing skills in Arabic and English.
• Strong knowledge of MS Office.
