Any Analog Mixed-Signal and RF (AMS/RF) IC ( mid level ) Designers . Candidate should qualify below technical criteria:
- Hands-on with Full PD cycle from Netlist to GDS, covering Floorplan, Placement, CTS, Route, Timing closure, PV, & IR for at least 4 blocks with:
a. > 1M placeable instances in Synopsys ICC.
b. with Main clock frequency > 500MHz
c. in 28nm & below.
