AM - R&D (biotechnology)

Job Role:

• Responsible for setting up of the laboratory, equipments, development of Bio-fertilizers, bio-pesticides, Myco-herbicide with or without fermentation processes, development of SOPs for production, development of new formulations and mixtures;
• Responsible for working with the engineering team for scale up the product.
• Bent toward R&D will be preferred.

• Candidate must have prior experience in the lab and plant level, for mass multiplication of microbial species including bacteria, pathogenic fungi, viruses, etc. Experience in development of modified strains of bacteria and fungi with greater performance is preferred
