Candidate should be working as a City/Area Manager preferably in an E-Commerce setup
responsible for B2B operations in a particular geography.
Apart from operations management candidate should have exposure to MIS and reporting.
- Manage Clients - Daily Operations via system, Daily Reporting, Compliance Tracking,
Resolve Clients / Vendors queries on as-is basis
- SLA's reporting to management and clients
- Ensuring proper documentation and timely follow up with internal teams and clients for issue
resolution.
- Willingness to work at different locations - both at client site and in office
- Any other work assigned from time to time
Candidate's Profile
- BE / Graduation Required, MBA preferred
- 1-5 years of operations management experience | 1-3 years of team management experience
- Strong analytical and problem solving skills | Ability to multitask
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to communicate professionally
and effectively with clients.
- Self-Motivated and Organized, should be a team player
- Client Focused, High on ownership, Detail Oriented, self-disciplined
- Strong understanding of operations & processes
E-commerce/ Start up experience preferred not mandatoryA leading tech based organization providing shared travel services to commuters.
