Job Title / Designation:AGM Sales Manager. Job Description: · Responsible for generating sales revenue for the company through sales of residential projects. · Generate leads & follow up with potential Clients, conduct effective meetings and close deals. · Representing the organization at trade exhibitions, events, and demonstrations. · Developing and implementing an activity plan in conjunction with assigned leads that maximizes field contacts within the assigned target / territory. · Negotiating on price, costs, delivery, and specifications with buyers after consulting reporting manager. · Managing client’s portfolio and escalations. · Creating detailed proposal documents · Willing to accompany potential customers for project site visit at customers preferred timing. · Making accurate, rapid cost calculations and providing customers with quotations · Maintaining the company’s contact database management with up-to-date contact, accurate and activity details. · Ability to handle & drive sales team in achieving desired target for generating sales revenue. · Meeting annual sales goals and targets. · Attending team meeting and sharing best practice with colleagues. · To manage, control and communicate marketing strategies for project.
