Key Responsibilities:
ADM will be recruiting advisors, handling the team & generating business
from them.
Achieve sales target in his/ her assigned
territory.
Appointing the sales force team who is
already having an IRDA certification.
Engage, motivate and train the agents to
achieve company's targets.
Continuously review Agency Sales Force
performance and their productivity and set new targets.
Skills Required::-
Minimum Qualification -Graduate
1-8 years experience in sales.
Preferable experience in insurance, banking,
broking, financial product selling.
Proficiency in English and local language.
Need aggressive, ambitious, clear thought
process guys.
