We have an Opening for Agency Development Manager Position for one of my Client.
Key Roles & Responsibilities
* ADM will be recruiting advisors, handling the team & generating business from them.
* Achieve sales target in his/ her assigned territory.
* Appointing the sales force team who is already having an IRDA certification.
* Engage, motivate and train the agents to achieve company's targets.
* Continuously review Agency Sales Force performance and their productivity and set new targets.
Minimum Qualification required
· Should be a Graduate
Key Requirements - Experience & Skills
* 1-3 years’ experience in sales. Experience in Insurance, Banking, Financial product selling
* Need to have hunger for growth in life.
* Proficiency in English.
* Need aggressive, ambitious, clear thought process guys
