Job Requirements
Graduate / Masters , Preferably in Business Administration
Minimum of 2 to 3 years work experience on Secretary position in the relevant industry
Proficient use of relevant software applications – Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc
Good command on English language.
Experience in information and communication management.
Experience in Manufacturing Industry (Preferably in Chemicals/Petrochemicals)
Data entry skills – ex. typing speed.
Good communications skills, both written and verbal
Filipino Nationals will be preferred
Job Responsibilities:
Answer phone calls, take messages, or transfer calls to appropriate office personnel
Prepare and manage correspondence, reports and documents.
Arrange conferences, meetings, and travel reservations for office personnel.
Maintain an adequate inventory of office supplies
Implement and maintain office systems, As per standards of ISO 2008 – 9001
Maintain schedules and calendars.
Handle incoming mail and send mails to designated personnel or customers.
Set up and maintain filing systems, As per Standards of ISO 2008 – 9001
Collect information maintain databases.
Provide word-processing and secretarial support
Other related duties as required.
