for all administration aspects of the association headquarters,
staffing, facilities, telecommunications, database management,
fulfillment, purchasing, etc.
Budget development and implementation and management of Administration Division.
Strategic Planning Management Team member and raising various management reports.
Development of business and operational plans.
Building marketing plans based on market segmentation, seasons and customer distribution.
Enhancing the corporate sales cycle to ensure faster closure of sales at better competitive prices.
Developing
various training spectrums including: Study Abroad English and Business
programs & Local Business and soft Skills Training.
provides leadership and supervision for human resources Operations including logistics operations.
