Must be a Business Administration or relevant degree graduate, preferably with Master’s Degree.
Minimum of 5 years Experience as Administration Manager in Manufacturing Industry (Chemicals / Petrochemicals)
Good communication skills.
Knowledge of Logistics, Fleet Management, Facilities Management, HSE, and Fire & Safety with relevant certifications
Highly motivated individual, able to handle a team.
Duties and Responsibilities:
Administration:
Supports operations by supervising staff, planning, organizing and implementing administrative systems.
Logistics:
Handle technical details and evaluate costs of transportation, services and inventory within any budget or distribution strategy.
HSE
Develop and implement organizational safety programs. Review and update the institutional HSE policies, conduct risk assessment to detect potential hazards and plan precautionary measures.
Facilities Management
Ensure the buildings and grounds are maintained, which entails daily and weekly cleaning schedules as well as determining and scheduling repairs, renovation projects, waste reduction improvements and safety inspections.
Fleet Management
Responsible for selecting right vehicles and maintaining them in proper condition so that company can meet its distribution objectives efficiently
