Handling entire student cycle: Prospecting, Counseling, Admission, Orientation, Support, Satisfaction, Retention and Productive Output.
Interaction with students and parents on routine basis for doubt clearing, general counseling and progress feedback
Visiting potential customer & Schools for new business
Responsible for Admission target for the respected centre. Manage direct parent enquiry handling and also manage telephonic enquiries.
Visiting schools or student premises by taking prior appointment and present details to parents.
Monitor class schedules to ensure smooth running of classes.
Conducting tests , assignments etc, updating records in software
Study material distribution and allocation
Fee collection and petty cash management as and when requireed
Liaison with Head Office for upcoming programs, admission tests, schemes
Handling the centre administration and upkeeping of the centres infrastructure
Cold-calling from a given data base for lead generation
