• Should able to handled day today banking activities, cash flows, submission of reports to banks, hands on experience on L/C,BG preparation,
• should able to manager cash flow
• Monitoring revenue and capital expenditure against budget.
• Manage the monthly forecasting process. Draft, analyze and maintain financial statements and reports.
• Should able to maintain financial statements on a timely and accurate basis.
• Finalization of accounts including Notes to accounts, Directors report, and all related statements etc.
• Preparation of monthly Balance sheet, P & L accounts for monthly review and analysis by management.
• Preparation of budget, monitoring of budget and cost control exercise.
• Project costing cost analysis, Cost & margin management.
• Drawing periodic bank reconciliation, trial balance and ledger accounts
• Should able to Handled internal/ external audit queries related to routine accounting transactions.
• Filling Annual returns for TDS, Income Tax and Sales Tax/VAT.
• Preparation of Balance sheet up to finalization
• Coordination with banks, customs, sales tax and other govt. bodies.
• Preparation of all documents required for tax audit and statutory audit.
• Preparation of MIS reports. Preparation of segment reports.
• Handling Sales Tax Assessments independently.
• Preparation of physical stock valuation statement and preparation of stock reconciliation statements.
