Accountant

· Auditing and finalization of accounts including internal audit of manufacturing companies, bank audit, tax audit, etc. Trial Balance, Profit & Loss Account & Balance Sheet
· Liasioning and negotiation with the banks.
· Computation and returns for taxation purpose and Liasioning with income tax and sales tax department for assessment proceedings, refund, rectification, adjournment matters, obtaining TDS exemption certificate and lower TDS deduction certificate.
· Reconciling Monthly, Quarterly, Annually Bank Account, Cash Accounts, Customers Accounts, Suppliers Accounts etc
· Liaising with Bank for Bank Guarantees, Bond Guarantees, Discounting PDC & Bills (LBD), Depositing and Withdrawing Cash & Cheques, Effecting Telegraphic Transfer (T/T), & Obtaining Demand Draft etc
· Reconciling Customers account with Collections & Sales Invoices and Reconciling Suppliers account with Suppliers Statement
· Preparing Age Analysis for Accounts Receivable/ Account payable
· Handling TDS,VAT, WCT, ST ,Excise etc
