Job Description: -Control
of stock in tally and maintaining excel sheet for each branch, -Making
Purchase orders. -Checking PI as per order. -Import shipments handle
Preparation & calculating of sales tax . -Preparation of Sales Tax
record for yearly sales tax assessment. Job Profile: -Inventory Maintain in Tally & Excel, Physical checking verification of all branches as per schedule.
-Dispatches - Billing for all Branches-making P.O and coordinate with executives for confirmation
-Weekly inventory Report in excel on Every Tuesday
-Inventory Maintaining in Tally
-Record maintaining of C’ form
- Posting of Purchase bills /Journal Vouchers/Expenses Entry in Tally
-Transit Insurance / Other Insurance- sheet maintain of all branches
-Other day to day work
-Import Purchase order Making- Import & Local
-Documentation for CHA coordination for duty ,Expenses & delivery of shipment and follow up
