Account Executive

Responsibilities:-

Maintaining Project accounting with Sales and Purchase Entries.

Maintaining Client and Vendor Reconciliation Statement.

Maintaining Monthly Calculation of Service Tax, Sales Tax and TDS

Manage daily bank reconciliation and cash reconciliation

Responsible for bill passing for payments keeping in the mind of TDS and Service Tax.

Creating and maintaining MIS for Project

Prepare daily MIS for outstanding payments from clients

Manage vendor reconciliation

Excellent English communication is must

Should be well versed with Tally ERP9
