Job Title: Account and Admin Executive Min 2 yrs of experience Require Female Candidates Roles & Responsibilities: Handling calls of customer and resolve the customer query Provide the dispatch detail timely to the customer on mail or telephon once the material dispatched. Follow up for payment on daily basis. Maintain stock register on daily basis. Follow up for c form from the customer. Make the online payment of expenses like electricity bill, telephone bill. Dispatched the orders of the customer on same date. Make the courier of samples ready to dispatched the customers. and also check for inward courier tracking. follow up from the bank for swift copy regarding any outward payment like TT payment , Buyers credit payment. Handel finance and petty cash. Make the Performa Invoice and Tax invoice in microsoft word and excel . Handel all admin work also.
