• Delivering host of training programs within the professional & Leadership space on soft and behavioural skills
• Designing learning interventions and roadmaps based on both development needs and required core competencies of the organizations / clients
• Coaching mid-level managers on performance, executive decision making and change management. And at junior level on various performance issues.
• Conceptualizing, designing and developing content and anchoring various development programs required by the clients at either a team level or organizational level.
